Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Fulfilment methods

• Pickup — collect your order from the outlet you selected at checkout during its opening hours.
• Delivery — where available, we deliver to addresses within the serving radius of the selected outlet.

Available methods, hours, and coverage vary by outlet and are shown at checkout.

2. Delivery areas and fees

• Delivery is offered only within each outlet's serving area. If your address falls outside it, delivery will not be available at checkout and you may choose pickup instead.
• Any delivery fee is calculated from the delivery distance and shown clearly before you pay.
• All prices and fees are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

3. Preparation and timing

• Food is prepared fresh after your order is confirmed. Estimated preparation, pickup, and delivery times shown in the Service are approximations, not guarantees.
• Times may be longer during peak periods, bad weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
• You can place an order for as soon as possible, or schedule it for a later time where the outlet supports scheduling.

4. Receiving your order

• For delivery, please provide an accurate address, a reachable phone number, and any access instructions. Delivery may be handled by our staff or a third-party courier.
• If the courier cannot reach you or access the address after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned to the outlet and treated as completed; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• For pickup, please arrive during the scheduled window with your order ID.

5. Problems with delivery

If your order arrives late, incomplete, or not in acceptable condition, contact us within thirty (30) minutes of delivery or pickup so we can put it right. Refunds, where applicable, are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
